    When does it ship?

    If you ship immediately when the order is received, proclaim that loudly everywhere with immediate shipping written everywhere.  If that’s not the case, try to give your customer an idea on your shipping info page.

    This is the hardest thing for small cart owners since some rely on drop shipping and other suppliers.  I have quite a number of items available for sale with my calligraphy cart but I don’t have items ready to ship.  Each is custom and increases the delivery time.  (note to self – fill out that shipping page!)
